About the Role:

We're looking for a
freelance professional
to support a software-product project on a
part-time, hourly basis
. The role involves capturing product requirements through short discussions, reviewing Figma designs, and creating minimal yet effective documentation to guide developers.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys turning ideas into structured, actionable product direction — without the red tape of corporate documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct short discovery calls to understand product goals and user flows.
  • Document key requirements in a
    concise, well-structured Product Requirements Document (PRD)
    — usually 3–5 pages max.
  • Review
    Figma screen designs
    for usability, logic, and consistency.
  • Identify gaps and propose
    clear, actionable improvement suggestions
    .
  • Keep documentation organized and minimal — no unnecessary templates or jargon.

Expected Deliverables:

  • A single PRD outlining key features, flows, and logic.
  • A Figma review summary highlighting UX/functional gaps.
  • Optional: simple user-flow diagrams or annotated Figma notes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in
    Product Analysis, UX Design, or Product Management
    .
  • Strong familiarity with
    Figma
    and documentation tools (Google Docs, Notion, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and summarization skills.
  • Ability to analyze design flows and detect missing logic or unclear interactions.
  • Bonus: experience working with startups or cross-functional remote teams.
