Salary: $60,000–$65,000

We're looking for a detail-oriented Levy Arrears Officer to join our supportive finance team in a permanent role. This hands-on position focuses on levy (accounts receivable) management and arrears recovery, supporting the financial health of residential communities.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue levy notices
- Monitor arrears and apply recovery processes
- Communicate professionally with owners and committees (phone and email)
- Reconcile accounts and process daily banking
- Work collaboratively within a small, supportive finance team
About You:
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator, able to manage difficult conversations with professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Genuine interest in community-focused financial work
- Able to work onsite at our Morningside office
Desirable (not essential):
- Experience in strata or property management finance
- Background in finance, accounting, or administration
