About the Program

This 12-month Cadet Program is designed specifically for recent high school grads across Australia If you're ready to dive in, we're looking for applicants who can start full-time in February 2026. 

• Earn while you learn: Get paid hands-on experience with a structured program that equips you with valuable skills for the industry.
• Foundational knowledge: Master accounting, business practices, and workplace essentials.
• Mentorship: Learn from experienced mentors who care about your growth and success.
• Flexible pathways: Choose your future – transition into a Trainee role and continue your journey while pursuing further studies, whether through University or CA ANZ programs.

Who We're Looking For

• Recent high school grads who've studied Mathematics, Business, Accounting, or Economics at HSC level and have strong academic results.
• Driven, curious, proactive individuals who are ready to learn and grow.
• Cadets from all backgrounds, preferably based in the regional locations listed. 
• Available to start full-time in Feb 2026.
