ABOUT THE ROLE – NV1 SECURITY OFFICERS

• Location: Greater Brisbane / Gold Coast region
• Casual Opportunities available with potential for Full-Time
• Weekday and weekend shifts available
• Shifts available between 4:30AM to 22:30PM
• 4 – 12 hour shifts available
• Up to SSIA Level 4 + additional allowances
• Training, Career Development and Uniforms provided

Wilson Security is expanding in Qld, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the region.

This growth has created new roles within our team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.

These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & client
• Proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems
• Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk
• Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification
• Providing support to tenants and Facilities
• Managing contractors and deliveries
• Responding to emergency situations
• Contractor management duties
• Ad-hoc duties

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Willing to support and step up as required into other roles
• Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
• Ability to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)
• Australian Citizen
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
• Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes)
• Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
