Branch Assistant

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Branch Assistant/Driver to join our successful team at Tradelink Clontarf. Be part of a business that prides itself on delivering quality products and outstanding service.

About the Role:

Split your day between the road and the branch. You'll be a vital part of keeping the team and our customers on track.

Your responsibilities:

• Assisting retail and trade customers with product selection and orders.
• Delivering top-tier customer service with every delivery.
• Picking, packing, and dispatching orders.
• Sales processing, quotes, and customer follow-ups.
• Stock control, cycle counting, and general housekeeping.

What you'll need to succeed: 

You're a team player with a can-do attitude, who's not afraid to roll up your sleeves. You'll bring:

• Physical fitness: You'll be on your feet, lifting and shifting throughout the day.
• Industry Experience: Wholesale/trade sales experience would be highly beneficial, but not mandatory.
• Warehouse Experience: You will have experience working in a similar environment.
• Team Player Attitude: We value hard-working, adaptable team members who contribute to a positive work culture.
• Strong Communication: You'll be working closely with experienced tradespeople who expect efficient, knowledgeable service.
• Driver's Licence and Forklift Licence: A car and truck MR licence is required. A Forklift licence is preferred, with training provided if needed.
