Job Description
  • Deliver expert service to our customers needing assistance with heating / cooling maintenance and repairs
  • Servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing of split systems and ducted systems
  • Review jobs, offer solutions, and ensure the customer journey is smooth and professional
  • Assist with occasional install work
  • Role includes sales

This includes everything from your servicing, fault diagnosis and installs of both split systems and ducted systems.

Your qualifications & skills will include:

  • Must have HVAC trade experience servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and completing installations
  • Experience in domestic service work
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service & communication skills
  • NSW Air conditioning Licence
  • NSW Drivers Licence
