The Role

We're seeking a Salon Manager / Senior Stylist who's ready to lead with confidence, creativity, and passion.

This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced stylist who wants to step up into a management role — blending leadership and artistry in a supportive, collaborative environment.

You'll:

Lead, motivate, and support a talented, passionate team

Deliver exceptional hairdressing services to our loyal clientele

Manage day-to-day salon operations, including stock control and client experience

Collaborate with the salon owner on decisions and future direction

Bring fresh energy and creativity to attract a younger client base

Take ownership of developing and managing our social media presence, working closely with the salon owner to create engaging, on-brand content that showcases our work and connects with clients old and new

About You

You are:

A qualified Senior Stylist with at least 5 years' experience

Skilled in all aspects of cutting, colouring, and styling

A confident communicator and natural leader

Organised, motivated, and collaborative

Social media–savvy and inspired by modern trends

Passionate about client experience and team success
