The Role
We are seeking a qualified Electrician to join our Fraser Coast team. You'll carry out electrical work for air conditioning installations and assist our commercial & refrigeration division with servicing and other elements of our business. This role offers variety, stability, and the chance to work alongside a skilled and supportive crew.
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical connections for new split and ducted air conditioning installations
- Electrical support for commercial & refrigeration service and maintenance jobs
- Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults in compliance with Australian standards
- Maintaining accurate work records and following TSR's safety procedures
- Collaborating with other technicians to deliver outstanding results
About You
You have a consistent and dependable work ethic, great attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You're well-organised, safety-conscious, and pride yourself on excellent customer service.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Fully qualified Electrician (QLD Electrical Licence)
- Minimum 5 years' experience
- Current CPR/LVR qualifications
- Manual driver's licence preferred
- Experience in air conditioning electrical work (advantageous, not essential)
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to meet deadlines and solve problems patiently
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Leadership skills to guide team members and apprentices
- Experience with electronic job management software (e.g. SimPRO Mobile, iAuditor) preferred
