WynCo Recruitment are looking for Senior HVAC Technicians to join their client in Sydney, who is going through a phase of serious growth.

The client:

Our client is a national HVAC Service Provider that focus in the commercial and industrial sectors. They are known Australia-wide as being one of the most culture and development-focused employers in the sector, with a remarkably low-turnover. Their Sydney office is growing, and they are looking for multiple technicians to join them and take them to the next level.

You will be responsible to:

  • Perform maintenance and service-related tasks on a variety of commercial HVAC projects.
  • Attend break-down and service calls.
  • Prepare quotes and organise a variety of HVAC works.
  • Assist with client meetings
  • Produce Service Reports for clients and office.
  • Carry out your duties safely and report any potential safety hazards.
  • Instruct and supervise subcontractors, technicians and apprentices.
  • Provide adequate supervision and instruction to contractors and apprentices in your care.
  • Maintain a high level of technical skills and knowledge through the undertaking of professional development.
  • Assume responsibility / control of site safety when acting as the senior technician on site.
You will need to have:
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Trade qualifications in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.
  • ARCtick licence for the handling of refrigerant gas.
  • Experience in developing and instructing apprentices.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of occupational health and safety principles.
  • Valid Car Drivers licence.
  • Competent written and verbal English.
  • Ability to work alone with minimal supervision.
