Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cater to different learning styles.

• Deliver engaging and interactive classroom instruction that motivates students.

• Assess and evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel safe and respected.

• Collaborate with fellow teachers to create interdisciplinary projects and share teaching strategies.

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance data.

• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and school activities.

Qualification and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or relevant subject area with teaching certification.

• Current VIT registration

• Proven experience in teaching the specified subject to students of varying abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students, parents, and colleagues.

• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with educational trends.

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.

• Passion for education and dedication to fostering student growth and achievement.

• Commitment to child safety.

Demonstrated competence against the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers across professional knowledge, practice and engagement.
