Digital Consultant

Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior Consultant or early Manager to work directly with our Delivery Director and clients on high-impact digital transformation projects. You'll be a trusted operator who can balance detail with big-picture thinking, and bring exceptional consulting, communication, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

You'll do a mix of client delivery, program and project support, internal support, including:

• Work under the direction of Delivery Director to support successful delivery of digital and transformation projects
• Create compelling presentations, reports, and workshops materials suited for executive level presentation
• Bring project management discipline and digital nous to fast-moving initiatives, including reporting, planning and stakeholder engagement
• Support bid and proposal development, and other pre-sales activities like opportunity tracking and coordination
• Directly support the Delivery Director across pre-sales and delivery management activities across teams
• Support leadership while mentoring junior consultants and helping to shape a strong, collaborative team culture

What makes you a great fit? (Skills & Qualifications)

Essential:

• 3-6 years' experience in Management consulting or Project delivery.
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and written communication skills - strong ability to synthesise and play back ideas.
• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills — able to craft a clear and compelling story.
• Awareness of IT architecture concepts (be able to work with solution architects and understand their language) and project management approaches (Agile/traditional).
• Experience in bid and proposal writing and or management a bonus.
• Knowledge of Australian government procurement processes a bonus.
• Ability to thrive in complex, client-facing environments.
