Where You'll Work

Our clinic is located in Ashburton, where we provide state-of-the-art rehabilitation including robotics and advanced therapy services. In addition, this role involves delivering home and community sessions across Melbourne, giving you the flexibility to structure your hours and caseload around your clients and the times that work best for you.


Role Overview

We're looking for experienced Contractor Physiotherapists who want flexibility and autonomy in their schedules — while still being part of a collaborative, future-focused clinic.

You'll deliver high-quality physiotherapy in our Ashburton clinic and across the Melbourne community, empowering clients with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions to achieve meaningful goals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and design tailored rehab programs
  • Deliver therapy in clinic, at home, and in community settings
  • Provide hands-on treatment and exercise-based rehabilitation
  • Write clear and outcome-focused NDIS reports
  • Collaborate with families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Professional indemnity & public liability insurance
  • ABN and ability to work as an independent contractor
  • Police Check
  • Working with children's check
  • Valid driver's licence (with access to own vehicle)
  • Minimum 4 years' experience as a Physiotherapist, with a mix of clinic and community experience
  • Experience in neurological physiotherapy strongly preferred
  • NDIS knowledge desirable (training available)
