About Us

East Coast HDD is a privately owned Horizontal Directional Drilling company, delivering professional services across the telecommunications, water, and power sectors. Based on the Gold Coast, we operate throughout Queensland, NSW and Victoria, with a strong reputation for quality, safety, and reliability.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced HDD Operator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will bring proven industry experience and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality work across a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate HDD and maintain HDD rig

  • Review and interpret asset drawings

  • Plan, prepare, and execute bores in line with project specifications and safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' HDD experience (Vermeer or Ditch Witch preferred)

  • HR Licence

  • White Card

  • NBN Enable accreditation
