The Role

In this role, you'll be entrusted with the hands-on management and oversight of a commercial portfolio, ensuring assets are well run, tenants are engaged, and operational standards are consistently met.

You'll work closely with internal asset and finance stakeholders, while acting as the primary contact for tenants and external service providers.


Key Duties
  • Full responsibility for a portfolio of commercial assets including office, industrial and mixed-use
  • Day-to-day liaison with tenants, managing relationships and resolving issues proactively
  • Coordination of maintenance programs and asset upkeep
  • Appointment, supervision and review of contractors and consultants
  • Oversight of compliance obligations including WHS, essential services and statutory requirements
  • Administration of leases, including rent reviews, outgoings, insurance and key dates
  • Preparation of operating budgets, reconciliations and forecasts
  • Monitoring expenditure and contributing to asset performance discussions
  • Producing clear, professional reporting for owners and internal stakeholders
  • Conducting property inspections and condition assessments
  • Occasional travel

About You

You are a confident commercial property professional who enjoys taking ownership and understands what is required to manage assets on behalf of informed and commercially driven owners.

You will ideally have:

  • Around 2+ years' experience in commercial property management
  • Working knowledge of commercial leasing, outgoings and compliance frameworks
  • Confidence dealing with contractors, consultants and tenants
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A practical, solutions-focused mindset
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
