Jamaica Blue Kotara is looking for an experienced Cook to join our team

The successful applicant will:

  • have experience with short order cooking including a breakfast menu;
  • be organised with prep and time management;
  • help the team with all rounder responsibilities as required;
  • have a passion for food presentation and cabinet presentation;
  • be reliable, honest and fun;
  • be able to work independently and run the kitchen solo;
  • be available for shifts Mondays 7:45am - 5:15pm; Tuesdays 7:45am - 5:15pm; Wednesdays 7:45am-5:15pm and Thursdays 7:45 - 12:30pm as well as any other shifts required to cover team members who are unable to work their shift etc.
