We're seeking an experienced
Data Engineer
to join a high-performing team delivering an innovative project focused on API integration, modern data pipelines, and end-to-end reporting solutions.

The Opportunity

As a
Data Engineer
, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality data pipelines and integration frameworks. You'll work with APIs and modern data platforms to collect, process, and structure information for analytics and reporting — ensuring data is accurate, timely, and actionable.

You'll collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams, driving best practices in data engineering and documentation while helping shape the organisation's data capabilities.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing and developing scalable data pipelines for automated data collection and processing
  • Building and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools to deliver clear insights to stakeholders
  • Creating technical documentation to support data use, integration, and knowledge sharing
  • Integrating with multiple API endpoints to source and structure data for downstream reporting
  • Ensuring smooth end-to-end development from initial build through to production deployment

Core Technical Skills

  • Python (Advanced)
    – including experience with PySpark for large-scale data processing
  • Databricks (Intermediate–Advanced)
    – including Unity Catalog and Delta Live Tables
  • RESTful APIs (Advanced)
    – managing authentication and data extraction using Python
  • CI/CD Pipelines (Advanced–Expert)
    – implementing and maintaining automated deployment pipelines
  • End-to-End Development (Intermediate–Advanced)
    – from design through to production
