Following a recent internal promotion, we now have an exciting opportunity available at our Upper Mount Gravatt office. We're looking for a Job Placement Coach to join our dedicated support team, working closely with young people to help them build the skills, confidence, and readiness needed to enter the workforce. In this role, you'll draw on your strong customer service abilities and relationship-building skills to deliver tailored, targeted activities that empower young people to achieve meaningful and sustainable employment outcomes.

Your role will include:


• Delivering tailored, outcome-driven employment services, including assessment, pathway development, employer outreach, and ongoing support for sustainable employment.

• Completing intake assessments with the participant to determine work readiness.

• Working in collaboration with the member to goal set and implement strategies.

• Source and match employment opportunities for young people using a strengths based, client-centred approach.

• Job matching, cold calling, and reverse marketing the young person to employers.

In addition, you also possess;


• Employment Services experience and/or a bubbly and enthusiastic individual with the drive to support young people on their journey to employment.

• A solid understanding of the local labour market as well as the barriers faced by disadvantaged young people.

• The drive to meet KPIs – it isn't just a number; it is a young person's life that you help change for the better.

• Proficient skills in using technology and systems; our compliance requirements are high, and your administration needs to be on par with this.

• Great employer engagement skills - you love cold calling and reverse marketing.

• Your practice is client focused, our young people are at the heart of it, and you genuinely want to make a difference in their lives.

• An unrestricted drivers licence.

Transition to Work (TtW) is the Australian Government's youth specialist employment service that supports young people to develop practical skills to gain employment or connect with education or training.
