About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced tradesperson to work on a range of custom-built, high-performance aluminium boats. You'll be part of a motivated, hands-on team that takes pride in delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

•    Fabrication and assembly of alloy boats and components

•    Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and plans

•    TIG and MIG welding of marine-grade aluminium

•    Ensuring all work meets company quality and safety standards

•    Working collaboratively with the production team to meet project timelines

About You

•    Minimum 2 years' trade experience in aluminium boat building or alloy fabrication with solid references.

•    Competent in TIG and MIG welding (marine alloy)

•    Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

•    Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

•    Reliable, proactive and motivated to achieve high standards
