The Role
  • Process timely and accurate national domestic sales orders for all Patties Group business units, ensuring they adhere with company policy.
  • Receiving inbound calls consisting of phone orders, customer follow ups, dealing with customer complaints as well as raising invoice claims where appropriate.
  • Manage and monitor customer orders in a timely manner to ensure the highest service levels are consistently achieved.
  • Working collaboratively with other teams/departments to employ a continuous improvement approach to further increase service levels for our customers.
  • Attending daily toolbox meetings with our fun and supportive Customer experience team and weekly toolbox meetings with the Sales teams ensures a collaborative and proactive approach to the role.
  • Other ad hoc duties as per directed.
The Person
  • Experience in a call centre or phone-based sales environment with both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Strong customer service and engagement skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail with data entry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly phone manner.
  • Previous experience achieving team KPI's and sales targets.
  • Strong technical experience with computer systems.
  • Ability to work as part of a team with a customer focus.
