Roles And Responsibilities**

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for Forcenet application related issues.
• Collaborate closely with other teams to guide them in resolving issues and to identify recurring problems.
• Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, issue resolution processes, and system configurations.
• Assist in the configuration and maintenance of IT systems.

Skills And Competencies

• Experience with scripting and automation tools.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment with remote support capabilities.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and incident management processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Essential

• Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.

Additional Skills

• Excellent customer interfacing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
