What You'll Sell:
- Solar Battery Storage Systems – helping customers save more and maximise their solar investment
- Electricity & Gas Plans – competitive, sustainable solutions for both residential and commercial clients
Your Role:
- Engage with warm leads and new prospects by phone, email, and other channels
- Build trust and clearly explain the benefits of switching to smarter, cleaner energy
- Drive results by closing deals and consistently exceeding sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your pipeline effectively
- Stay ahead of the curve with up-to-date product and industry knowledge
What We're Looking For:
- Proven success in call centre or sales environments (energy/solar experience a bonus)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure
- Professional, consultative approach with the ability to overcome objections
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and modern sales tools
