About the Role

Our client is an industry leader in the aggregates, minerals processing and metals refining space. As a Boilermaker, you will be responsible for fabricating, repairing and maintaining mining equipment to ensure operational targets are met.

  • Beresfield, NSW location
  • $55.69/hour + applicable penalties
  • Great team environment
  • Ongoing assignment for the right candidate
  • ASAP start available for the right candidate
  • Shift hours: Monday - Thursday: 6:00am - 2:00pm, Friday: 5:00am - 11:00am

About You

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

  • Prior experience with medium - heavy fabrication and plate work
  • Solid understanding of boilermaking standards and practices
  • Previous experience working with mining equipment highly desirable
  • Reading and interpreting CAD plans and technical drawings
  • Prior experience welding to AS/NZS highly desired

Successful Candidates Will:

  • Hold a relevant fabrication Trade Certificate
  • Possess strong attention to detail
  • Be able to satisfy drug and alcohol screening
  • Be fit and able to pass a functional assessment
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Possess a strong focus on workplace health and safety
  • Be punctual and reliable, with a can-do attitude
