The Role Toll People are currently seeking highly motivated Forklift Drivers for our client located in Queanbeyan.

The successful candidates will be responsible for duties such unloading and loading trucks/vans, manual handling, sorting freight, picking orders and other general warehousing duties as required.

Applicants must hold a valid forklift licence.

The site are currently offering ongoing weekday shifts, 12:00pm starts (average 6-8 hour shifts).

Key Responsibilities

  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Manual handling - sorting and loading freight, picking orders
  • General warehousing duties
  • Ensure compliance and safety is adhered to at all times

Skills and Experience

  • A valid forklift licence and operating experience
  • Ability to keep up with the physical demands of the job (manual handling)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A focus on working safely at all times
