The Role

In support of our Digital Transformation, we are seeking a motivated and experienced information and records professional to provide advice and guidance relating to the ODPP's information and records management function, ensuring best practice in information and records administration and compliance with relevant statutory requirements

Key accountabilities:

  • Provide advice, analysis, and recommendations on information and records management requirements, systems, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to undertake reviews of I&RM functions to ensure ongoing legislative compliance, drive continuous improvements and generate efficiencies.
  • Actively contribute to corporate & technical projects and programs as well as developing options for improving I&RM business processes and systems, including the administration of the I&RM system.
  • Establish and maintain effective working partnerships with stakeholders with key roles in the delivery of I&RM services.
  • Be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Information & Records Support Officers
