Immigration Consultant

Skyline Legal Services is a dynamic and fast-growing legal firm based in Ottawa.

We are looking for immigration consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide professional immigration advice and representation to clients.
• Prepare, review, and submit immigration applications (PR, work permits, study permits, sponsorship, refugee claims, appeals, etc.).
• Communicate with clients, government agencies, and tribunals in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with CICC standards and Canadian immigration law.
• Collaborate with lawyers and paralegals on complex cases.

Requirements

• Active RCIC license in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
• Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration programs, IRPA, and IRCC procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple files.
• Additional languages (Arabic, French, Russian, or others) are an asset

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week

Work Authorisation:

• Australia (Preferred)
