Role Overview:

The Team Leader  is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Assembly team within the Davimac Group. The role is responsible for managing the team and the coordination of all departmental tasks. The role will be required to undertake 'hand on' duties as a member of the team. The role of Team Leader, is fast paced and highly varied, daily tasks are self-directed under the supervision of the Production Manager.

Duties:

• Team leadership including task prioritisation and delegation, quality assurance, resource management, communication with Design.
• Machine assembly including preparation and fitment of components, reporting defects, safety adherance.
• Apprentice support including TAFE and on the job support
