TRUCK DRIVER/ FURNITURE REMOVALIST/WAREHOUSE ASSIST

Full Time position available, Immediate Start. Furniture Mover with MR License or above required.

Monday to Friday and Overtime available during peak periods.

For the role you need to be punctual, well presented, fit, and responsible, self-motivated and have good communication skills. You will be one of the faces of the business when working with our important clients and will have the ability to work supporting our team of Interior Designers whilst on site.

The Role: (FULL TRAINING IS PROVIDED)

  • Managing aspects of furniture removals (including completing paperwork before and after each job)
  • Loading & unloading of furniture without damage
  • Working with our clients and design team to ensure smooth installation and pick up of our own Furniture
  • Driving Duties – Prestart checks and keeping truck clean
  • Warehouse assistance as required for restocking of furniture, cleaning etc.

    Situated in Coopers Plains, Brisbane.

Applicants with the following skills will be highly considered:

  • Be physically fit & good health
  • Removalist experience desirable but full training will be provided to the right candidate
  • Must be able to lift and move furniture on a daily basis
  • MR license (minimum)
  • Must have reliable transport
  • Have great personal presentation
  • Highly motivated and Proactive
  • Committed Team player
  • Good customer service & communication skills
  • Successful applicants will be required to undergo a compulsory, Fit for Work assessment and a Drug and Alcohol test.
