Snack Bar Assistant Supervisor

Hawkesbury Race Club is seeking enthusiastic and a reliable snack bar supervisor for all upcoming Raceday's

To be successful in the role you must have the following:

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure all customers have a great experience at the Hawkesbury Race Club
• Work at FOH and BOH ensure smooth service
• Food preparation
• Cooking and assembling orders
• General clean up and wash up
• Serving customers

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and cooking a range of grilled items to meet customer orders
• Ensuring all food items are prepared and presented to the highest standard
• Providing friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and handling cash and payments when you are available.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking of supplies
• Collaborating with the team to deliver a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer-facing food service role
• Strong cooking and food preparation skills, with the ability to work efficiently on a grill
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
• Good time management and the ability to work well under pressure
• Awareness of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

About you:

• Must be available to work on weekdays and weekends when required. Please specify your availabilities in your resume.
• Previous experience working in fast paced fast-food business
• Be a people person, have a genuine interest and passion for food and customer service
• Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
• Ability to exceed through stressful situations
• Organized, Punctual, enthusiastic and have a positive attitude

Pay: $33.38 – $53.40 per hour
