Sales Assistant (Part-Time – Selene Atelier Store Ramsgate)

Days: Wednesdays & Saturdays

Hours: 9am–5pm

Selene Atelier is a Bespoke children's label specialising in heirloom-quality christening and special occasion wear, proudly designed and made in Sydney. Each piece is created with love, detail, and purpose, and we are seeking an individual who can bring that same care and professionalism to our clients.

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our small team both in-store and online. The role involves assisting families during one of the most special milestones in their lives, supporting them through fittings, guiding styling choices, and representing the brand with warmth and attention to detail.

You'll be assisting clients in-store with their orders and managing sales from our online collection. Prior sales experience is essential, as you'll be working with high-end, bespoke garments.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients in-store with fittings and styling guidance

• Measure babies to ensure gowns fit beautifully and comfortably

• Manage enquiries through Instagram and online store messages

• Create and share engaging content (stories, reels, and behind-the-scenes moments)

• Process sales both in-store and online

• Maintain the presentation and upkeep of our showroom

The Ideal Candidate

• Has previous sales experience (children's wear or boutique retail preferred)

• Is confident with Instagram and enjoys creating engaging content

• Possesses a friendly, caring personality and enjoys working with children and families

• Is organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a small, collaborative team

Role Details

• Part-time: Wednesdays & Saturdays (9am–5pm)

• Located in Ramsgate 2219

• Additional days may be offered during peak periods

• Immediate start preferred
