About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Accountant to join this well-established firm. This role provides exposure to a broad variety of clients and industries and offers a clear career pathway to Assistant Manager and eventually Manager level. You'll work closely with experienced Partners and Managers, delivering high-quality accounting and business advisory services while mentoring junior team members and developing trusted client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns, and management reports for a diverse client portfolio
  • Providing tailored business and tax advice to clients across a range of industries
  • Assisting with workflow management and supporting junior staff development
  • Collaborating with Partners and Managers to deliver exceptional client service
  • Identifying opportunities to add value and improve client outcomes
  • Contributing to the firm's culture of professionalism, trust, and teamwork

About You

  • CA/CPA qualified (or near completion)
  • 3–5+ years of experience in public practice accounting
  • Sound knowledge of accounting and taxation principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A team player who takes initiative and enjoys working in a supportive, collaborative environment
