About Our Client

Our client is a reputable civil contractor with a strong pipeline of road infrastructure projects across the region. With a focus on safety, teamwork, and quality delivery, they are currently seeking an experienced Roller Operator / Labourer to join their crew in Idalia.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be operating rollers and assisting with labouring duties on a road construction site. This includes compaction work, general site clean-up, and supporting civil crews with hands-on tasks to keep the project progressing on schedule.

What You Will Need

  • Current Roller ticket (RII) – mandatory

  • Civil or road construction experience

  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour

  • Reliable transport and commitment to safety
