What You'll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Develop, maintain and optimise preventive, corrective and statutory maintenance schedules.

• Prioritise and allocate work orders to meet contractual response times and asset lifecycle requirements.

• Coordinate with service delivery teams to align resource availability and minimise operational disruption.

• Ensure asset and maintenance data is accurate, complete and aligned between Downer and Defence systems.

• Provide accurate planning reports and support collaborative problem-solving with stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

• Certificate III in Engineering or Trade Certificate (mandatory).

• Strong experience in a maintenance planning/scheduling role within Defence, facilities management or construction industries.

• Proficiency in CMMS and Defence systems (e.g., GEMS).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high-level communication skills.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings, asset registers and compliance schedules.
