What You'll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
Develop, maintain and optimise preventive, corrective and statutory maintenance schedules.
Prioritise and allocate work orders to meet contractual response times and asset lifecycle requirements.
Coordinate with service delivery teams to align resource availability and minimise operational disruption.
Ensure asset and maintenance data is accurate, complete and aligned between Downer and Defence systems.
Provide accurate planning reports and support collaborative problem-solving with stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
Certificate III in Engineering or Trade Certificate (mandatory).
Strong experience in a maintenance planning/scheduling role within Defence, facilities management or construction industries.
Proficiency in CMMS and Defence systems (e.g., GEMS).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high-level communication skills.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, asset registers and compliance schedules.
More than anything, you'll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.
