Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of case managers to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
• Oversee operational performance, compliance, and service quality across care plans.
• Partner with senior managers to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Drive team capability through coaching, professional development, and recruitment strategies.
• Manage budgets, reporting, and key performance metrics to ensure sustainable growth.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and sector stakeholders to promote high-quality, responsive service models.
Requirements
Essential:
- 3+ years leadership experience in Home Care Services.
- Experience managing remote and multi-site teams and driving operational performance.
- Strong understanding of Support at Home program, budgets, utilisation, compliance, and legislation.
- Experience in change management, organisational growth and service transformation.
- High-level communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- National Police Check (mandatory)
- Valid Driver Licence
Desirable:
- Qualification in Health, Community Services, Business, or Leadership.
- Ability to Travel Inter-State
- Experience in workforce planning, coaching, or organisational development.
