Key Responsibilities:


• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of case managers to deliver exceptional client outcomes.


• Oversee operational performance, compliance, and service quality across care plans.


• Partner with senior managers to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.


• Drive team capability through coaching, professional development, and recruitment strategies.


• Manage budgets, reporting, and key performance metrics to ensure sustainable growth.


• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and sector stakeholders to promote high-quality, responsive service models.

Requirements

Essential:

  • 3+ years leadership experience in Home Care Services.
  • Experience managing remote and multi-site teams and driving operational performance.
  • Strong understanding of Support at Home program, budgets, utilisation, compliance, and legislation.
  • Experience in change management, organisational growth and service transformation.
  • High-level communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • National Police Check (mandatory)
  • Valid Driver Licence

Desirable:

  • Qualification in Health, Community Services, Business, or Leadership.
  • Ability to Travel Inter-State
  • Experience in workforce planning, coaching, or organisational development.
