Your Role & Responsibilities
As a
Motor
Mechanic
you'll play a critical role in maintaining RAC's reputation for excellence by:

• Diagnosing and repairing a variety of mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems.
• Performing routine vehicle maintenance to ensure safety and optimal performance.
• Providing accurate assessments and detailed repair estimates to customers.
• Collaborating with a skilled team to meet service targets while upholding exceptional quality standards.
• Staying informed about industry trends and emerging automotive technologies.

What are we looking for?
We're seeking talented individuals who bring:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic with a track record of successful repairs and maintenance.
• Expertise in diagnosing complex mechanical and electronic issues across various vehicle models.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and team members.
• Relevant certification or degree in Automotive Technology (preferred).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
