Matt Millar Golf operating out of Gungahlin Lakes Golf Club Pro Shop is seeking a friendly, reliable and customer-focused individual to join our Golf Operations team as a Course Marshal / Drinks Cart Operator. This is a dynamic, part-time role that combines on-course supervision with the provision of exceptional service to our golfers throughout their round.

About the Role

In this dual position, you will:

• Assist in maintaining a smooth pace of play on the course
• Provide a welcoming presence for members and guests
• Operate the on-course drinks cart, delivering friendly and efficient service
• Uphold course rules and etiquette in a professional manner
• Monitor course conditions and report maintenance or player issues to Golf Operations staff
• Support the Golf Shop team as required

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication and people skills
• Enjoys being outdoors and engaging with golfers
• Is proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
• Holds (or is willing to obtain) a current RSA
• Has weekend and afternoon availability across a Wednesday–Sunday roster (essential)

This is an ongoing casual role with 14–24 hours per week.
