WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for experienced retail professionals at any level in their journey looking to take the next step in their career. You will have:

  • Previous retail experience, ideally within a lifestyle and action sport brand
  • Unparalleled passion and skill for creating moments that matter with your customers
  • Experience in driving teams to success and hitting KPIs
  • A proven track record in working to achieve sales budgets
  • A desire to develop your career in retail

ABOUT THE ROLES

As Store Manager you will be responsible for driving sales results for your store. In your role you will:

  • Create a sales-driven culture within the store through daily coaching and support
  • Ensure all KPI's are met with a strong focus on the customer journey
  • Analyse sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products
  • Execute VM and promotional activity in line with business directives
  • Provide stock feedback and manage the store's inventory
