Senior Program Development Officer
Location – Parramatta (Hybrid)
Employment type – Temporary (up to June 2027)
Salary – $129,464 - $142,666 pa plus superannuation and leave loading
Your role
Lead and coordinate a team to develop, deliver and maintain accredited rehabilitation programs for offenders in custody and the community. Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to plan and deliver state-wide training that supports effective group-based program delivery and reduces re-offending.
Key Responsibilites:
- Lead the development, delivery and improvement of accredited offender rehabilitation and parenting programs
- Ensure program integrity, quality and compliance with CSNSW standards and guidelines
- Oversee program delivery requirements, resolve operational issues and implement flexible delivery options
- Provide leadership, training and guidance to staff and stakeholders to build capability and support effective program delivery
- Maintain accurate program and participation records to support reporting and informed decision-making.

Essential Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a behavioural science or similar field, or equivalent experience
- Current driver's licence and ability and willingness to travel throughout NSW

- Working with Children Check clearance in accordance with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012
