The Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Kitchen Hand for 30 hours per week to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or continue their career in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist chefs with food preparation and cooking tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • Receive and store deliveries correctly
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards
  • Support the team during busy service periods
  • General kitchen duties as required

What We're Looking For

  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Cook or chef experience highly regarded
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Previous kitchen experience preferred but not essential
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
