Your new job

Provide day-to-day management and leadership for Councils sporting precincts, including Glen Willow Regional Sporting Complex.

38 hour week, with an RDO every 2 weeks /9 day fortnight | Leaseback Vehicle

You

• Class C Driver's Licence
• Certificate III in Sports Turf Management, or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory position coordinating sports turf management services for a large sporting complex
• Minimum 3 years' experience in leading and motivating teams with multiple areas of responsibilities
• Demonstrated experience in capital works and contractor management
• Demonstrated commitment and ability to be solution focus and resilient in dealing with challenging conversations
• Competent in using computer software applications. Including records management, email, and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety responsibilities and a commitment to ongoing WHS training
• Be available for work outside standard hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as event schedules require.

The salary range being offered for this full-time position is $3,780 - $4,254 gross per fortnight plus superannuation which equates to an annual salary of $98,290 - $110,611 gross plus superannuation (dependent on skills, qualifications and experience).
