We are on the hunt for a Venue Manager to join Yo-Chi in Sunshine Plaza What's the gig?As a Leader in the business, you'll be the one who makes sure everything runs smoothly, from ensuring our customers leave with big smiles to leading a fun, hardworking team. You'll oversee the store's day-to-day, keep the vibes high, and make sure everything's running smoothly.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead by example and drive exceptional customer service.
  • Drive and maintain venue cleanliness standards, and keep everything running efficiently.
  • Day to day inventory management and stock control.
  • Ensure health & safety standards are met and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Hire, train, develop and motivate a team.
  • Manage KPIs including Labour and COGs.
  • Responsible for venue P&L management.

Who You Are

  • A confident leader with retail or hospitality experience (QSR experience a plus)
  • A people-first person who loves building teams and connecting with customers
  • Positive, proactive, and always ready to jump in where needed
  • Organised, adaptable, and focused on continuous improvement
