About the role

Reporting to senior leadership, this role supports both project delivery and pre-sales. You'll join a collaborative team of experts and engage directly with clients to deliver Microsoft-based applications, chatbots, and AI solutions, while also guiding solution architecture.

Duties/Key responsibilities

  • Pre-Sales 25%, Projects 75%
  • Deliver custom applications, chatbots, and generative AI solutions
  • Lead technical design and solution architecture using Microsoft technologies
  • Collaborate in pre-sales workshops, demos, and proposal development
  • Guide and mentor junior consultants
  • Ensure high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction

Skills and experience

  • Proven experience with Microsoft tech stack (.NET, C#, Azure, Power Platform)
  • Strong pre-sales and solution architecture skills
  • Experience with AI, chatbots, and custom app development
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with integration platforms, Agile and DevOps practices
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (preferred)
