About your new role

• Manage the day to day operations of the Centre in line with legislative requirements, company policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership and guidance to all staff.
• Ensure quality early learning programs are delivered by a passionate team of Educators.
• Manage staffing rosters efficiently.
• Effectively manage the financial requirements of the centre in line with budget guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with educators, families, children and the local business community.

A little about you

• A Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degree as approved by ACECQA.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting.
• Current blue card, first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
• Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Development Framework, National Quality Standards (NQS), and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
