Requirements for this role:

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure a smooth, efficient, and a highly service-focused operation

Efficient quality control of the delivery of all food and beverage items

To monitor the high standards of cleaning and Health & Safety regulations

Manage, motivate and develop kitchen staff to achieve the highest levels of service excellence as well as highly positive staff relations

Management of the Kitchen Roster
