Are you an experienced hospitality allrounder? We have a unique, full-time position located in the heart of Melbourne's CBD.

A real Australian country style bakery is like no other business and we are a one of a kind in the CBD. A well established, owner operated business, serving iconic Australian foods such as meat pies, vanilla slices, lamingtons and great coffee. Open Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm, this role is perfect for someone who loves their nights free.

A role you can sink your teeth into, you'll be working in a fast paced environment, getting to know and serve our customers quickly and efficiently, while serving great quality iconic foods and bloody good coffee with your own personality flair. All while having a bit of banter and fun.

The opportunity exists for the right candidate to assist with product make up, including sangas, toasties, breakfast foods and of course our award winning pies and not forgetting our delicious donuts.

Must have

  • Well versed in English
  • Experience with opening and closing procedures in a similar business, including knowing how to push a broom and swing a mop
  • Cash handling skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with customers and other staff
  • A strong work ethic and a positive 'can do' attitude, and be able to enjoy the work and getting the job done whilst having a laugh
  • Hospitality experience
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm
  • Well presented.
