About the role

Elevate Access is seeking experienced Scaffolders to join our team based in Loganholme, QLD with projects based in Brisbane, Gold Coast and Surrounds. This role is crucial in supporting our current and upcoming construction projects, ensuring safe and efficient access to work sites.

As a Scaffolder, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding to enable our clients to complete their work effectively, our work is generally Commercial scaffold, however we are not limited to this.

What you'll be doing

  • Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding structures to industry standards and safety requirements
  • Inspect and maintain scaffolding equipment to ensure it is in optimal working condition
  • Identify and address any safety concerns or potential hazards on the job site
  • Collaborate with construction teams to understand project requirements and implement the appropriate scaffolding solutions
  • Comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Scaffolder, with a minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in the commercial construction scaffold industry
  • Strong understanding of scaffolding construction, safety standards, and regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and scaffold plans
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Commitment to working safely and promoting a positive safety culture
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Current White Card
  • Current Basic HRWL as a minimum
  • Own Tools are essential
