We're looking for a Junior Property Solicitor

We are a leading boutique firm located in Westfield Eastgardens Office Tower. We have been delivering superior legal services for 20 years in the areas of property, conveyancing and more recently family law. We're a recognised leader in our area and have a great reputation amongst clients, colleagues and our community.

We act for a mix of small and large clients as well as for some large developers. An interesting mix of work is assured

The role

• Preparing and processing property transaction documentation including contracts, off plan developments, option deeds, by-laws, and general correspondence
• Providing support to the senior solicitors
• Maintaining and management of files
• Liaising with clients, lenders and other external stakeholders and colleagues
• Opportunity to learn and grow in the property space

About you

• Exceptional communication and self-awareness
• The ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Outstanding attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• The ability to work under pressure when needed
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well individually and in a team;
• Experience with PEXA and Smokeball or LEAP legal software is ideal but not a requirement
