The Commitment

• Get a clear understanding of the business and how NetSuite works with the client
• Attend all implementation meetings with the team
• Lead and drive the gathering of any required data
• Ensure that the client is running NetSuite to best practice
• Set up the MJC and Suite projects modules to meet best practice
• Work out at our Corio office at least one-two days per week (hours to be determined) to ensure project momentum continues
• Report regularly to key stakeholders on project progress
• Contribute to all phases of NetSuite implementation, including requirements gathering, documentation, buildout, validation/demos, testing, and user training.
• Develop expertise in Appficiency's project delivery methodology and ensure its effective application.
• Deliver comprehensive solutions by engaging in requirements gathering, documentation, system buildout, testing, and end-user training.
• Regularly communicate with senior executives and functional leaders to ensure project alignment and success.
• Gain proficiency in the NetSuite application, its capabilities, and industry-standard business practices.
• Identify non-standard business processes and recommend effective solutions.
• Assist clients in designing and implementing their enterprise architecture.
• Participate in the design, build, and testing of integrations between clients' business systems.
• Provide ongoing support for integration projects to ensure long-term client success.

The Essentials

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst in NetSuite implementation projects.
• Experience with SaaS solutions, IT systems, software, or specific business models (e.g., distribution, manufacturing, retail, media, and advertising).
• A Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven ability to develop and maintain profitable, referenceable customer relationships.
• Strategic thinking skills, with the ability to align client business pain points with solutions and implementation strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments and shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with cloud computing technologies.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
