Little Wonders Therapy is growing and we're looking for enthusiastic and passionate Speech Pathologists to join our supportive and dynamic team. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, family-led, evidence-based therapy to children between the ages of 0 and 18, we are proud to offer mobile services across Sydney's St George and Sutherland Shire areas - with our first clinic opening soon in the St George area

Your Responsibilities will Include:

  • Conducting assessments and providing therapy for speech, language, literacy, fluency, social communication and feeding to children between the ages of 0 and 18 years
  • Delivering mobile services (home, school, or childcare visits) within a local radius
  • Collaborating with families, educators, and other allied health professionals
  • Maintaining clear, accurate and up-to-date documentation
  • Participating in non-clinical tasks such as writing blog posts, and social media content, planning our next catchup or creating clinical resources
  • Participating in regular supervision and ongoing professional development

Who You Are:

  • Experienced or newly graduated - we welcome all levels of experience We have a structured new graduate programme if you are about to kickstart your career as a Speech Pathologist

Essential Requirements:

  • A qualified Speech Pathologist with SPA Membership (or eligible)
  • A current NSW Drivers' License and car
  • Working with Children Check for paid employment
  • Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
