Lead, Inspire & Grow Your Leadership Skills with Us

Our Southern Brisbane OSHC services are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Mobile Coordinator to join our developing leadership team in the region.

This is a permanent, part-time opportunity where you will work 30hrs per week across split shifts, Monday to Friday including non-contact admin time:

  • 6:00-9:00am (Rise then Shine)
  • 2:30-6:00pm (Stay and Play)
  • Block shifts through the school holidays (6:00am - 6:00pm)

About the Role

  • You'll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
  • You'll take full ownership of your team's roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
  • With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you'll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.

Qualifications

Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA
