About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled IVR Developer to join our team on a 6-month contract based in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge voice and conversational AI solutions within a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain IVR applications using VXML (Nuance, Cisco CVP).
  • Integrate and enhance IVR systems with JavaScript for dynamic call flows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Conversational AI solutions.
  • Work with NLU/NLP platforms such as Google Dialogflow, IBM Watson, and Amazon Lex.
  • Ensure solutions meet performance, usability, and security standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in IVR development using VXML, preferably with Nuance and Cisco CVP.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with Conversational AI and Natural Language Understanding (NLU).
  • Familiarity with NLP platforms like Dialogflow, Watson, or Lex.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Security Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
  • NV1 Security Clearance or willingness to undergo clearance is required.
